Hello world!

Hello fellow foodies! The reason I started this blog, although my family has been pushing me to do so for years, is simply that I have more time. Recently the special needs school that I taught at for over 10 years was closed, leaving me with lots of time and little to do. So, with the help of my talented, super smart, stupendous son Binny (ok, yes I’m writing this), I set up this site.

With all the recipes I’ve developed over the years and the many creations that have been made, I’m really excited for the opportunity to share it with all those interested. Now when people will ask me “oh, can you please, please, please make me one of for your amazing ring ding cakes”, I can say yes!
